Our Island project’s main living spaces are all about warm custom cabinetry, timeless finishes, and that perfect pop of blue. From the kitchen and dining area to the great room overlooking the water, every detail was designed to feel elevated, inviting, and completely at home on the lake.

It’s the details you’ll never notice that make all the difference. 👏

After selecting the perfect real hardwood flooring and custom stain, we knew exactly what the finished product needed to look like. At nearly an inch thick, that meant planning ahead during construction to build up the adjoining tile so the two materials would meet perfectly. No transition strips, no uneven flooring, just one seamless, flush finish.

A lot of thought and preparation goes into details like this long before you ever see the finished home, and that’s exactly how we like it. 🤝
