If you would like to help Hurricane Laura victims:
Thank you to everyone who has expressed an interest in sending supplies to Louisiana over the next few days. Your donations will really make a difference and go directly to the people affected, many in rural areas who may not get the help larger cities there do. Thank you thank you thank you!
As a reminder, this is what these folks need:
-WATER WATER WATER
-cleaning products (bleach, Clorox wipes, Lysol, buckets, scrubbers, cleaning gloves, paper towels)
-sanitary products (pads, tampons, toilet paper)
-packaged food
-dog food
-BABY WIPES
-Diapers (all sizes but best are 3-4 as they fit more universally)
-baby formula and food, infantTylenol
-Tarps (big need for these!)
-hand sanitizer
-mini fans
-batteries of all sizes
-flashlights
-socks and underwear still in the packages
Many have asked about clothes. We cannot accept any donations of clothing as it’s too much to keep up with and hard for volunteers to sort through clothing! NO CLOTHING PLEASE.
