🚧 GROUND BROKEN! 🏗️

Today, we officially broke ground on the Hartman Project in Indiana

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be excavating this 25,000+ sq. ft. lot from this empty field, into a 16 unit condo.

Today moving dirt - straight into footers and framing, breaking ground here bringing this project to life!
We’re excited to see this one go up !

Stay tuned for updates as we build this project from the ground up!

This flat roof had some serious ponding water issues, but we got it back in shape!
We corrected the problem areas, cleaned things up, and put the roof back into service so it can properly handle the elements.

This ramp had seen better days, so it was time for a complete replacement.

We replaced the old, deteriorating concrete and railings with fresh concrete, and new heavy-duty steel handrails.
