Another Bathroom Transformation Complete! 🚿✨

From demolition to the finished product, this bathroom received a complete makeover. What started as a standard tub/shower was transformed into a clean, modern space featuring:

✅ Delta shower base and wall surround
✅ Oil-rubbed bronze rain shower system with handheld wand
✅ Sliding glass shower doors
✅ New plumbing modifications and water line relocation to accommodate the new shower system
✅ New flooring throughout the bathroom
✅ Unexpected subfloor repair and replacement to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation

As with many remodels, we uncovered hidden issues once demolition began. Rather than cutting corners, we replaced the damaged subfloor, modified the plumbing to properly accommodate the new shower system, reinstalled the flooring, and made sure everything was completed the right way before moving forward.

At Hoaks Helping Hand LLC, we believe in doing the job right the first time—even when unexpected challenges arise. That’s the difference quality craftsmanship makes.

Thinking about remodeling your bathroom or tackling another home improvement project? We’d love the opportunity to bring your vision to life.

This property had been heavily rutted up and damaged, leaving deep tire tracks throughout the yard. We brought in equipment, regraded the affected areas, smoothed everything back out, and recently returned to seed and straw the property.

Now it’s ready to grow back in and blend with the rest of the lawn.

A couple challenging projects completed recently by Hoaks Helping Hand. 🌲

The first property had heavily overgrown trees and shrubs surrounding the front porch and growing directly into the utility lines. After safely clearing everything back and completing cleanup, the entire front of the home was opened back up and the curb appeal improved dramatically.

The second project involved removing a large hazardous dead tree located in a tight backyard with nearby fencing, structures, and overhead lines. Due to the condition of the tree, a lift was used to carefully dismantle it section by section and safely bring everything down under control.

Jobs like these require planning, patience, the right equipment, and a strong focus on safety from start to finish.

✔️ Hazardous Tree Removal
✔️ Overgrowth Cleanup
✔️ Utility Line Clearance
✔️ Lift-Assisted Removal
✔️ Full Property Cleanup
