The homeowner experienced water seepage issues at the intersection of the porch and house roofs, which I resolved by installing metal sheeting to cap the ends, sealing the underside, and applying flashing tape on top, finishing with a coat of rust-resistant paint. A homeowner's shed was renovated to increase space utilization. The existing ramp was rebuilt due to rot and enhanced with grip tape. Custom workbench and pegboard installation were completed. Additional storage shelves were built. A hanging rack was fitted. Tinted film was applied to windows for increased privacy. Additional electrical outlets were installed. A padlock was fitted to increase security. The installation of an exhaust fan is planned to regulate the internal temperature during summer.

I assisted a fellow door installer with the installation of 16 lead-lined doors for the x-ray area in a cancer treatment building expansion up in Macon GA. Typically, doors weigh around 120 pounds, but these doors weighed at least 280 pounds with 1/8-inch lead sheets on both sides. We efficiently completed the installation within a day and a half.

I recently completed a bathroom remodel. We began by demolishing the shower, vanity, tile floor, and toilet. Next, we replaced the plumbing as needed. An additional outlet was installed for the mirror, and can lights were added in the shower and above the vanity. The drywall was then patched. The homeowner handled the painting. We installed a shelf in the shower and proceeded to tile the shower and floor. The toilet, vanity, and mirror were then installed. A glass company was hired to install the shower door. I recently completed a shower renovation, which included demo and prep work, removing the box above the shower, installing new lighting, and replacing popcorn ceilings with knockdown finishes.
