Our team at Turner Ceramic Tile is currently making great progress out at the Sonder Apartments, a 213-unit Mixed Use development in Kansas City, MO.

We're proud to be installing tile throughout both the apartment units and the clubhouse spaces.

Unit Scope

- 13,530 sf of 12x24 tile on bath floors

- 13,450 sf of 12x24 tile on shower & tub surrounds

- 3,645 sf of 3x12 backsplash tile

- Full waterproofing of all bath floors and shower/tub surrounds

Clubhouse Scope

- 6,000 sf of 24x48 floor tile & self level

- 1,500 sf of feature wall tile

We recently crossed the finish line at the new Andretti Karting & Games in Overland Park!

The Turner Ceramic Tile team installed over 25,000sf of tile throughout the building. Such a cool project to be a part of. If you haven't checked out the go-karting yet, it's an absolute blast!

In June we got a call to have a meeting about Turner Ceramic Tile coming in and assist with the flooring scope. By July, we were on the ground installing.

This Evergreen Senior Living project has been an exciting one to be apart of and we are proud to play a role in bringing it to life.

Our Scope Includes:

- 15,000 SF of tile

- 30,000 SF of glue-down LVP

- 45,000 SF of carpet

- 10,000 LF of rubber base

- 6,000 SF of sheet vinyl

- 18,000 SF of sealer

- Mud beds, concrete board, and Schluter-Systems North America waterproofing
