Another beautiful new addition built by Hreha and Son Construction, insulated by Attis, and ready for year-round comfort.

For this project, we used fiberglass insulation in the walls and ceiling, combined with closed-cell spray foam under the floor. That combination gives the addition strong thermal performance where it matters most, while the closed-cell spray foam helps seal and protect the floor system from cold air, drafts, and moisture coming from below.

Additions are often the rooms that feel the coldest in the house — especially when the floor is over open air, a crawlspace, or an unconditioned area. Proper insulation and air sealing make a huge difference in how comfortable that space will feel once it’s finished.

Rain and 50th, or sunshine and above 100 degrees. We got the walls of this beautiful building, fixture of rt 590 almost done. Closed Cell Spray Foam with protection for all surfaces, ceiling was a surprise 😮 . Blown-in ceiling R49 is next.
