Things are moving right along on this custom home build! We officially have a second floor AND a roof! 🙌

A new home is officially underway! 🔨

Every dream home starts somewhere, and we’re excited to see this one come to life! Scott designed and drew the plans for this beautiful home, and Cyera is taking the lead on the interior design and selections.

From the initial drawings to the finishing touches, we love being part of every step of the process!

We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share the progress as this home comes together. Stay tuned!

A little shoutout to another great local business! 👏🏻 We recently had Josh’s Ground Effects help us with the water service on one of our projects, and they were wonderful to work with. We’re always grateful when we can work with other local businesses right here in our community. Thanks for helping us keep this project moving!

🚧 Water Main Installation 🚧

Karshner Sales contracted our help to install a main water service line on a property they are building for a customer.

It was great working with another local company to complete this job last week.

Josh's Ground Effects has the experience to help you with your plumbing projects.

Walls are going up and this home is officially starting to take shape. There’s something so rewarding about watching plans on paper turn into an actual home right in front of you!

Next up… the second floor! 👏🏻 Stay tuned for more progress!
