We recently completed this parking area refresh for one of our customers, just in time for the busy summer entertaining season!

We spent the day up in Dallas helping a customer reclaim an old horse field that was no longer being used. Over the years, the area had become rough, overgrown, and would hold water during the wetter months, making it difficult to maintain and enjoy.

We started by mowing down the overgrown field to open the area back up, then graded out the problem spots to help improve drainage and create a smoother, more usable surface. Projects like this can completely change how a property functions and help prevent ongoing mud and standing water issues.

Now the customer has a refreshed area they can either replant with grass or simply enjoy as a clean open space again. Always great seeing properties brought back to life and made functional again!

We spent the day yesterday mowing roughly 15 acres, and the grass in some places was nearly as tall as our skid steer — close to 7 feet tall and thick! This year has definitely been one of the craziest years for grass growth we’ve seen in a while.
