Sometimes the best spaces in our projects are the "hidden" gems, like this custom overflow pantry (which used to be the laundry room!). Beautiful custom cabinetry & extra counter space complimenting the heart of the home - the kitchen.

Perfect spot to tuck away the toaster & keep the main counters clear for dinner prep. A little extra, intentional breathing room makes a world of difference.

Something just feels right about warm, earthy tones in important spaces like primary baths.

From the aesthetic, to the custom tile work, to that pretty diverter valve situation (because who doesn't love options?)...this space is a solid blend of next-level design & everyday comfort. This was a special one for our clients!

Project Complete ✔️

Very grateful we got to bring this special detached garage to life with our (amazing) client. Located in a historic district of Downtown Columbia, SC, we had to ensure every detail honored the existing home & neighborhood. We also got to incorporate some modern touches that capture our client’s taste, like the garage doors…what do you think?!

Big shout-out to many talented Trade Partners of ours who helped bring this one to life! Kudos to for helping guide the historic requirements.

The secret to a space-savvy bathroom? Efficient design. 🙌

We designed this tile shower to be the exact right size—spacious and comfortable, but not unnecessarily big. That way, we could incorporate custom, recessed shelving right beside it to maximize storage in the space.
