Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeler

Compensation: $28– $40 per hour.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00 after 90 days.

Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with match, and a company vehicle.

You are the "Master of the Site." This position is for a working leader who excels at translating complex designs into reality while mentoring a crew of 2–4 carpenters. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the bridge between the office and the field.

Core Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the daily progress of high-end remodeling sites, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Master Craftsmanship: Perform and oversee advanced rough and finish carpentry, including custom cabinetry and complex structural framing.

Team Mentorship: Train and supervise apprentices and junior carpenters, fostering a culture of quality and safety.

Client Relations: Conduct weekly site meetings and manage client expectations with professional communication.

Safety Enforcement: Ensure every project adheres to OSHA 10/30 standards and maintain a clean, organized job site.

What You Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in residential remodeling with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using advanced power tools, and coordinating with subcontractors (plumbers/electricians).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a "no-excuses" approach to site management.
