HOAs some love them,some hate them but todayI work takes us to bring a house into HOA compliance. Painting a deck while looking over the golf course is not a bad job site for the day. Did you know that besides all of our home clean-outs and painting and repairs that we do, we also put together furniture. we will do desks, chairs, bookcases, bunk beds and all sorts of things for you including cat towers. who knew? we did!

Here.i's an update on the house that we worked on that had frozen pipes explode this past winter. After we pulled the carpet and padding out of the house and put fans and dehumidifiers in the home to dry, we found the underlayment, and hardwood floor were compromised. The hardwood floors bowed about 3 inches high in some places and underlayment was compromised due to the water saturating it. We removed all the hardwood most underlayment, stripping the floors down to bare plywood as the subfloor. In the kitchen we had to take off the LVT floor, 3 layers of the luan,4 layers of linoleum to get down to the underlayment. It was not easy, but the house is ready for new flooring. If you find yourself in a situation that you just don't know who to turn to for that strange project, call us, we can handle that.

We recently cleaned out a house built-in 1927 because the homeowner moved and due to early onset dementia and other health issues, he wasn't physically able to do the work. We're happy to help anybody who does it need, especially in this situation. we received a wonderful recommendation from the realtor to help them out , if you're in need or know someone who has a space that's gotten out of control or needs some direction and help to get the job done , please give us a call. I Just finished cleaning out a home built-in 1927 that was full, the homeowner had moved but due to health concerns wasn't able to do the hard lifting to finish the job. When he asked his realtor how he heard of me, this is what she said

Here's what my agent had to say:

"A lot of my fellow agents at my brokerage have used him and all said he does great work. I personally have not used him or had any of my clients use him before."

We just got a lovely message from one of our clients who, after the results of a wind storm had part of their gutter torn off and flashing on their house peeled off. We are happy to come out and help and do all that we can to help our clients with projects that they may not be able to physically do. I'm sure you know that we clean out homes and prep them for sale, but did you know that we also clean homes and get them ready for you to move in? Our client bought this home Which was a rental and the renter smoked it for 5 years.So we had to wash everything, paint everything and remove the carpet and the house.Looks beautiful now. Oh, and that big giant hole in the master bedroom was from a gun safe that the previous owner kept and we had to build a wall and make it a clean , wonderful space.
