Good afternoon everyone. i want to share some things that we've been up to lately. Over the last 3 weeks we have cleaned out two homes, painted another home and did drywall repair from a leaky roof, changed furnace filters, did landscaping including planting and removing many plants, replaced kitchen faucets, removed a freezer from a church, we sprayed yellow jackets nests. We've cleaned out another home that was a deep clean and move the contents out so the homeowner can get the house on the market and worked with one of our realtors to complete a checklist to get another house on the market. Not all these are photo worthy but they are all important to the people who need the work done. We can do these and more for you and your home. I dont always remember taking all of the before or after pictures when I'm cleaning out a house. It's a fatal flaw of mine. I either want to get started right away or get out as soon as I am finished. At this condo, we cleaned out the main floor, basement and garage. I unfortunately only took pictures of the garage before/after and the basement after pictures. We filled a 20 yard dumpster and a 15ft moving van from this home. Of course we was the home top to bottom but that is a given with us. aIf you need help with your property or someone you know. give us a call..

At Premier Home Clean-out we always say we clean out homes and prep them for sale. Today was a prep for sale kind of day. Here's some pictures from scraping and brushing moss that was growing on top of the first story roof as this homeowner is getting ready to list this house for sale. also we repaired a little damage in a corner from lets just say some things that were unsightly on the wall. if you need some work done to prep your home for sale we are there for you.

Today's adventure is twofold. Drywall sanding and mudding in the morning and then tackling this juggle in the afternoon....

Today's adventure is twofold. Drywall sanding and mudding in the morning and then tackling this juggle in the afternoon. You don't want to see drywall mud dry, it's boring but here's something exciting. Take a look at before and afters of this yard. there's more days to come to tackle this but holy cow.

Here.i's an update on the house that we worked on that had frozen pipes explode this past winter. After we pulled the carpet and padding out of the house and put fans and dehumidifiers in the home to dry, we found the underlayment, and hardwood floor were compromised. The hardwood floors bowed about 3 inches high in some places and underlayment was compromised due to the water saturating it. We removed all the hardwood most underlayment, stripping the floors down to bare plywood as the subfloor. In the kitchen we had to take off the LVT floor, 3 layers of the luan,4 layers of linoleum to get down to the underlayment. It was not easy, but the house is ready for new flooring. If you find yourself in a situation that you just don't know who to turn to for that strange project, call us, we can handle that.
