I bought my Insta360 GO Ultra from and tried to do a proper influencer unboxing… I think I did okay? 😂

I already used it to film my recent Mexican restaurant update, and I’m really happy with the video quality so far. The audio came out super clear, too. Excited to make lots more videos with it!

What would you rather see next: more restaurant videos or videos at home?

I honestly wondered if I’ve ever made someone this happy in my life.

I never intended for any of this to happen, but knowing that you guys watched my video and that it actually helped someone made me so, so happy today.

A little update!
They’re planning to move to a bigger location nearby around January 2027!

Also, they only serve menudo on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and it usually sells out around noon or 1 PM. So if you want to try it, make sure to get there early!

I've been wanting a new camera for a while!
I was going to order it online, but I couldn't wait a few days for delivery, so I drove 30 minutes to Best Buy instead. 😂
I haven't even unboxed it yet! Maybe I should make an unboxing video?
Hopefully this little camera will help me create lots of great content!

Back to normal! Haha.

My restaurant video went viral, and I've been feeling so grateful for all the love and support these past few days.

But I still wanna keep sharing my usual content — cooking, grocery shopping, hauls, daily life, and my personal stories. And of course, I'd love to share more restaurant experiences too!

As usual, I just can't stick to one niche. Haha.

I just wanna create whatever comes to my mind and share it with you guys.
