People told us that's not how the industry works.

Our founders have been in construction since they were 17. They've seen the burnout, the turnover, the grind. They know what the industry looks like when nobody's paying attention to the people doing the work.

So when they built WestPro differently, everyone said the same thing: high turnover is just part of it. Burnout is just part of it. Nobody really loves this work.

They just didn't believe that was true if it was done right.
