Incredible finished floor (I just said so myself)
These folks were absolutely lovely, the provincial stain plus 3 coats of invisible 2k finish: 🏆 thanks to Matthew Shores and Alex Shea Johnson for all the help and honestly: thanks for your kick ass attitude as we build.

This historic beauty is ready for another hundred plus year haul. Nice to see some bright energy shine through all those years and layers of paint 🙂

**1885 restoration begins today in the lovely town of Stoughton. Another contractor said this was a subfloor, not worth saving. Hey, I’ll save anything savable. I think it’s most important to charge for additional time and labor in these situations…hellooooo lunch🐍

*reclaimed beauty complete. All reused wood, some fir, some pine topped w LOBA On Top ! transparent deck oil. Old wood is a lot of extra planning and elbow grease, entirely worth it. The client is super happy 🙂thanks Matthew Shores for throwing in some rough carpentry on the additional blocking.

Sanding reclaimed lumber is very rewarding… my spirit say: leave it. 🧙🏼‍♂️✨

What a stellar early autumn 🍂 project. This beautiful home was built in 1910, we salvaged the original doug fir deck boards and plan to combine them with an age/grain appropriate match from our stash😎 we’re shoring up the framing on this to provide maximum stability for ages to come.

I love a review like this😎not many people in my regular life describe me as “Laid back”…. The truth is I really trust the folks helping me out and typically feel like I work for the clients I’m supposed to. Very cosmic 👴🏼☀️🤓
