Hello local industry peeps! I saw a post recently about a local metal fabricator that could could some small custom metal work for a client, but now I can’t find the post. Is there anyone out there in the Minneapolis suburbs that can do a metal railing for an interior stair system and a pipe fitting shelving piece for a bar area? Final Look 👀 🤩
Finished Custom Basement and Kitchen Pantry in Plymouth, Mn! Beautiful contrasting rich colors with a glamour appeal. A mix of neutral tones with the “pop” of the black and white pallet gives this basement a classic but modern feel. Just love this project! The homeowners were such fun and always had great ideas. I am so pleased to have worked on this remodel. 😊

So I am finally posting the finished look of the basement we have been working on this summer in Plymouth, Mn. This basement includes a movie 🍿 room, Irish inspired bar, gaming area, bedroom and bathroom.
What a great look we created with the beautiful green and blue colors with a soft modern Irish inspired styling. We just LOVE the amazing blue and green plaid wallpaper accent wall paired with the rich blue of the bar cabinets! It turned out amazing! The bathroom tile was designed with a soft traditional feel but a modern mix with the geometric shapes and ”waterfall” layout of the shower tile. Just loved working with these clients who gave us the rein to put together a design that is family friendly and cozy with a timeless look that will last a lifetime! Thank you, to the Uneek team of Sub Contractors and Craftsmen that work with us on all of our amazing projects!

A longtime ASID member and most recently a leader at the renowned Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Khoi Vo, ASID, IIDA, CIDA, IDEC, IDECF brings more than 20 years of experience across the worlds of interior design, architecture, and education to his new role. Vo’s tenure as incoming CEO begins September 6, and he will work alongside current ASID CEO Gary Wheeler, FASID until September 30.

My good friend does such a great job with his wood panel wall details! Such a hot trend. It gives such a unique look to a space and creates great texture and depth. The new hot color this coming year 2023 is green! Let’s start designing!!
