Atlanta storms can be tough on a deck, especially when it leads to tree or debris damage. 🌳➡️🏡

This wood deck in Atlanta needed more than a few repairs, so we built and installed new framing, support posts, and railing.

We also replaced the old lattice skirting with new pressure treated pine lattice. Along with this, we added some extra character to the deck with a newly built pergola.🥳

Alpharetta exterior home refresh! ✨ Swipe to see the before ➡️

Here’s how we did it:
🏡 We installed new James Hardie siding on the front and back of the house
🔨 We replaced areas of rotted wood on the soffit, fascia, corner boards, garage door frames, and a few boards of damaged siding on the left of the home
🎨Using Sherwin-Williams products, we painted two new coats of paint on the exterior and stained the front porch.

Now this Fulton County home has a brand new feel🤭

Before & after: Marietta, GA portico build with PVC Square Column Crafters Columns.🏡 Swipe to see the before!

We gave this home an exterior refresh. ✨ For the entryway, we installed a new portico, replaced the front door with a new Andersen 2000 Series Storm Door, and painted the exterior fresh coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. 🎨

Using custom made aluminum gutters in the color Tuxedo Gray, we replaced the old gutters and downspouts. We also replaced areas of rotted wood on the fascia, soffit, rake molding, and window sills.🛠️

The exterior of this Atlanta home had worn and damaged siding that needed attention. We replaced it with James Hardie lap siding and finished the exterior with two full coats of paint.

The photos show just one part of a much larger exterior remodeling project. Our team also:
- Replaced rotted wood around the brickmould
- Installed new Hardie Trim and Hardie Panel soffit and fascia
- Reframed a bedroom window
- Installed new Master windows and picture sashes
- Replaced the back door with a new Harris door

Roswell, GA front door renovation! 🚪🥳

✅ First, we repaired the rotted wood behind the bottom of the pilasters. 🛠️
✅ Then, we painted the exterior with two new coats of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint.

This was a simple refresh that now gives the entry a brand new feeling. ✨
