Frank’s Tree Service has received multiple calls from homeowners who were contacted by someone claiming to be “Frank” with Frank’s Tree Service.
We want to make it absolutely clear: this individual is NOT affiliated with Frank’s Tree Service.
We have been informed that an individual named Francisco, associated with Family Tree Service out of Texas, has been representing himself to homeowners as “Frank” or as a representative of Frank’s Tree Service. We continue to receive calls every week from customers asking about estimates that we did not provide. In these cases, the estimate appears to have been provided by Family Tree Service.
PLEASE KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH
Our estimator's name is Jeff, and he is currently handling estimates while filling in for Frank.
If someone contacts you claiming to be Frank or representing Frank’s Tree Service, please verify their identity with our office before allowing any work to proceed.
