One of the jobs Two Hands for Hire takes in to help our realtor friends are to tackle the Buyer Inspection Notice and Seller’s Response (BINSR) and this last week we helped a seller meet buyer demands by:
1. Replacing six old sink drains with new pop up drains
2. Replaced two broken tub drains
3. Repaired an outdoor GFCI
4. Added weatherproof covers atop all outdoor outlets
5. Patched and painted several stucco holes caused by woodpeckers
6. Sealed two leaking pool water feature pots
7. Repaired a broken power service column onto the breaker panel.

1. A dozen or so exhaust fan replacements
2. Half dozen disposals and the same number of toilets rebuilt
3. Drywall repairs on walls and ceilings in homes and on patios
4. Hung about 10 TV’s
5. Fixed four sliding closet rolling doors
6. Fixed 6-7 Arcadia doors with new rollers
7. Installed two new smart thermostats
8. Installed about 16 new ceiling fans
9. Installed about 6 new 4’ led lights in laundry rooms, closets and garages
10. Installed a number of wireless security cameras
11. Installed one over the counter microwave
12. Installed two kitchen faucets
13. Installed about 30 new wired smoke detectors
14. Replaced four bathroom sink drains with pop up drains
15. And washed all down with a beer at Legends.
