The Tahoma floor plan by Pacific Lifestyle Homes might be one of my favorites yet! The kitchen and butlers pantry had me at “Hello” 😍 and don’t get me started on the Primary En-Suite and amazing walk-in closet.

It’s all fun and games until you find undisclosed mold in the attic or a leaking hose bib.

Your inspection time frame allows you the opportunity, once under contract, to have a licensed third party come through the home and check the ins and outs of the home itself. This is also your time frame to look for things like “is the garage door tall enough”, “will the couch fit in the living room”, “how long does the drive to work take” and even “is there a crazy neighbor streaking through the yard”.
The Inspection is a very important process in purchasing a home- never give it up.
