One project. Three ways to experience it.

At Casa Robles, the architecture was designed around a simple idea: create a home that feels connected to its surroundings at every turn.

From the low, horizontal lines of the exterior to the warmth of the walnut built-ins inside, each space was designed to feel intentional without feeling overworked.
And then there’s the way it all comes together outdoors — where architecture, landscape, and everyday living naturally overlap.

A home designed not just to be seen, but to be experienced.

A quiet kitchen with one very deliberate exception.

Villa Pacifico’s kitchen is intentionally restrained: dark millwork, warm wood, expansive glazing and a soft, neutral palette let the architecture and waterfront setting do most of the talking.

Then there’s the stone.

Instead of choosing a predictable solid surface, Blanco carried this richly patterned material across both the countertops and backsplash, giving the kitchen a sense of movement and texture without introducing another competing color.

It’s a small lesson in restraint: when the palette is quiet enough, one exceptional material can do a lot of the work.

Some homes are designed around the view. Others are designed to become part of it.

At Villa Palma, the water, skyline, and architecture aren’t competing for attention — they work together to make the outdoors feel like an extension of the home.

This is the kind of Miami living we love: open, effortless, and designed around the way you actually want to spend your time.

Good design doesn’t just frame a view. It changes how you experience it.

Proof that a room doesn’t have to be quiet to feel calm.

Casa Estrella takes a more expressive approach to minimalism—layering sculptural lighting, graphic metalwork, warm wood, curved furniture, and natural stone without letting any one element dominate the room.

The trick isn’t using fewer things.

It’s knowing which things deserve to speak.

Here, every piece has a distinct point of view, but the restrained palette keeps the conversation from becoming noise.

We’ll take character over cookie-cutter every time.

One of the most important details in Villa Bali is the one you might not notice at first.

The entire home was designed around a 100+ year-old tree at the center of the property.

Rather than removing it or treating it as an afterthought, we made the tree part of the architecture itself. The geometry of the home, the placement of the glazing, and the orientation of the interior spaces were all carefully considered to preserve its presence—and its root systems—while maintaining the structural integrity of the home.

That decision created something more meaningful than a beautiful view. Throughout the day, the tree’s canopy brings shifting light and shadow into the interiors, while the clean architectural lines create a quiet contrast with its organic form.

Good architecture doesn’t always compete with its surroundings. Sometimes, it knows when to step back and let them lead.

A hallway can be more than a way to get from one room to another.

At Villa Marya, this glass-lined passage turns circulation into an experience—framing the landscape on both sides and creating a moment where architecture, garden, and pool become part of the same composition.

It’s a small detail, but it speaks to something fundamental about designing in Miami.

Here, the boundary between inside and outside doesn’t always need to be a hard line. Sometimes, the most interesting spaces are the ones in between.

What makes a Blanco home feel like a Blanco home?

It’s not a particular style.

It’s the way every decision responds to the people who live there, the place they live, and the way they want to experience it.

From the way natural light moves through a space to the materials, landscape, proportions, and connection between indoors and out—everything has a purpose.

And when architecture and construction are considered together from the very beginning, the finished home feels effortless.

That’s the Blanco approach.

Save this for the next time you’re thinking about what custom should really mean.
