Casa Camila was designed around water at every level — from the coral stone columns that open directly to the dock, to the lap pool that runs between the loggia and the waterway beyond. At dusk, the warm interior glow, travertine coping, and deep blue sky create the kind of scene that makes Thursday feel like the start of the weekend.

The first thing you see every morning shouldn't be a wall.

At Casa Esperanza, the primary bedroom opens to a full wall of glass — tropical canopy, canal water, and morning light doing what no alarm clock can. White oak floors, linen, grasscloth, and custom oak millwork keep every surface calm enough to let the view take over.

From up here, the design makes complete sense.

Pool, spa, lawn, flagstone path, tropical canopy — every element of Casa Bahia's backyard was planned as part of the original design, not assembled after the fact. At night, the landscape lighting traces the edges of each zone and the pool glows against the green like it was always meant to be seen from above.

Because it was.
