Flowers have a way of reminding us that transformation is natural. 🌸

A seed becomes a bloom not by force, but by being supported by the right environment—good soil, light, water, and time. Our homes work the same way. When a space is designed with intention, balance, and care, it quietly supports the people living within it.

Holistic interior design is about creating those conditions—spaces that allow joy, creativity, rest, and growth to unfold naturally.

Sometimes the smallest shift in a space can feel like a flower opening. 🌿

Summer days are calling ☀️ Now is the perfect time to refresh your outdoor space and get it ready for the season ahead. A patio refresh can be simple; update your furniture, swap in fresh pillows, add a beautiful umbrella for shade, or bring in a few new elements that make the space feel inviting and comfortable.

Small changes can completely transform your patio into the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and long evenings filled with laughter, smiles, and new memories. 🌿✨

Great design doesn’t begin with furniture—it begins with how you live.

My signature intake and discovery process enables me to understand your rhythms… how your mornings unfold, where you naturally land at the end of the day, and the moments in your home that feel effortless—or quietly out of sync.

By paying attention to how you move through your space—where you gather, recharge, and connect—I’m able to shape environments that feel more intuitive, more supportive, and more aligned with your life.

Because thoughtful design isn’t just about how a room looks.
It’s about creating a home that holds you well—every single day. ✨

Art and lighting are never an afterthought—they are part of what gives a space its presence. ✨

Art brings emotion, personality, and point of view into a room. It has the power to shift the energy of a space, create conversation, and tell a story that feels deeply personal. I love mixing scale, texture, and style in a way that feels layered rather than overly calculated—because the most compelling spaces feel collected, not formulaic.

Lighting is just as transformative. It doesn’t simply illuminate a room; it shapes atmosphere, highlights what deserves attention, and influences how the space is experienced throughout the day. The right lighting adds warmth, depth, and dimension, allowing a home to feel both functional and alive.

When art and lighting are chosen with intention, they do more than complete a room—they give it soul.

Your home should do more than just look beautiful—it should feel right. ✨

The spaces we live in have a powerful impact on how we move through our days. When a home is thoughtfully designed, it can bring a sense of calm, comfort, and balance to everyday life.

At Tailer Made Designs, the goal is to create spaces that feel deeply personal and supportive to the people who live in them. A home should reflect your lifestyle, your energy, and the way you want to feel when you walk through the door.

If your space isn’t quite working the way you want it to, sometimes a few intentional changes can make all the difference.

Ready to create a home that feels aligned, peaceful, and truly yours? Let’s design something beautiful together. ✨

Your kitchen should do more than look beautiful—it should work for the way you live.

Here are my top three tips for creating a kitchen that’s functional, timeless, and enjoyable:

Thoughtful Layout: Make sure your workflow flows naturally—from prep to cooking to clean-up. The right triangle between stove, sink, and fridge can make a huge difference.

Smart Storage: Cabinets, drawers, and hidden solutions are key. Every item should have a home so your kitchen feels organized and effortless.

Layered Lighting: Combine task, ambient, and accent lighting. It not only makes cooking easier but also sets the mood and highlights your design details.

A well-designed kitchen is about balance—practicality meets style, and every detail has a purpose.

Small spaces ask for greater intention. ✨

One of the things I love most about designing bathrooms and other compact spaces is that there is no room for anything accidental. Every selection carries weight—every finish, fixture, light source, and storage decision has the power to shape how the space feels and functions.

I’m always drawn to the challenge of creating calm, beauty, and ease within a smaller footprint. It becomes an exercise in refinement—editing thoughtfully, choosing with purpose, and allowing each element to contribute to the experience of the room.

When done well, a small space doesn’t feel limited. It feels considered, supportive, and quietly impactful.

Every detail carries energy. ✨

A home that feels truly good to live in is never the result of random choices—it’s shaped through intention, layer by layer.

At Tailer Made Designs, I guide my clients through each decision with care, from the foundational elements to the finishing touches. Color, texture, lighting, furniture, flow—every selection plays a role in how a space feels, functions, and supports daily life.

Because design is never just about making things look beautiful. It’s about creating harmony. It’s about aligning a space with the people living in it. And it’s about making thoughtful choices that allow the home to feel collected, natural, and deeply personal.

When each detail is considered, the end result is more than a beautiful space—it’s a home that feels like you.

Easter arrives alongside spring as a gentle reminder that renewal is part of life.
That what once felt final can soften, open, and bloom again. This season carries the energy of transformation—of new life, fresh perspective, and beauty returning in quiet but meaningful ways.

Flowers embody that message so perfectly. They are more than something lovely to place on a table; they are symbols of hope, rebirth, and the natural unfolding that happens when the conditions are right. Bringing fresh flowers into the home shifts more than the visual landscape—it changes the feeling of a space.

There is something deeply regulating about their presence. Fresh flowers invite softness, beauty, and life into a room, giving the nervous system a cue to exhale. They awaken the senses, lift the energy, and create small moments of joy that can be felt as much as seen. In that way, they serve a purpose far beyond decoration.

They remind us to pause. To receive. To notice beauty.

To welcome joy back in.

This Easter and spring season, may your home hold space for renewal in all its forms—through light, through beauty, through intention, and through the simple presence of flowers. 💐

✨ Crystals in Holistic Design
Crystals have always felt to me like quiet companions in a home—small pieces of the earth that carry memory, energy, and presence. When I incorporate them into a space, it’s never about ornamentation. It’s about intention.

In holistic design, every element participates in the energetic conversation of a home. I often use crystals as subtle connection points—placing them in relationship to one another so they create a quiet thread of energy that moves through the space.

When chosen with intention and placed in relationship to one another, crystals become more than beautiful objects. They become subtle markers of energy—helping a home feel connected, balanced, and quietly alive. ✨
