This week has been a whirlwind behind the scenes! Between a busy personal schedule and gearing up to teach my very first sourdough class, baking time is going to be tight. 😬😬

I had a couple random blobs of dough leftover from making my specialty loaves. Obviously, you can't throw them away - even though they are too small to make anything with. So, we combined them into "surprise" loaves. They turned out SO GOOOOOD. 😋👏

This is purple potato, blueberry lemon, and berries & cream. Maybe I should bring them to the market next Saturday?? Tell me your thoughts, would you like this?? 🤔

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by today at the Midland Area Farmers Market (Michigan)! This was the highest number of pre-orders EVER for this weekend’s pickup! Whether you put in a pre-order, sent a message ahead of time to claim your favorites, or stood in line this morning, I appreciate it!! ❤️👏
