Finishing up a kitchen/laundry/ half bath renovation. House originally built around 1902. It was quite the project and lots of unforeseen things kept popping up. But in the end we were able to deliver an outstanding project. Unfortunately we’re about booked for the 2026 year but we can get you booked now for our next available date.

I’ve been forgetting to take before pictures but this transformation of this basement is impressive. When we were contacted about doing this project a lot of things were up in the air and the customer was very open to suggestions and we had a few options to decide on. The customer absolutely loves the cabin wood look so we put a few things together and transformed this 1950’s basement into something very special and functional. From a dingy storage space to a fully functional kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry area, and living area with wall to wall storage turned out amazing.

We were asked to do a full house of tile last year in the thick of being already swamped with projects. I didn’t know how we could find the time to fit everything in but when the customer insists that we came highly recommended we had no choice but to do whatever we could to get it done. We were lucky enough that it wasn’t a major time crunch so as long as we stayed ahead of the other trades so we didn’t hold anyone up they were willing to work with us on our schedule. Tile is such an intricate process and a lot of detail and planning goes into a quality job. These customers were an absolute pleasure to work with and very cooperative with the process and i might add they picked out some great tile and designs.

Hey guys just wanted to share the recent garage completion! We had the pleasure of working with great customers to create their beautiful garage. Not all garages are created equal in fact many are constructed as a pole barn with no foundation and less than adequate design which just results in more issues in the future.
This garage consists of full continuous concrete footings with 10” block frost walls to support the structure for a lifetime of worry free construction.
It has 6” of fiber mix concrete floors with #4 rebar grid pattern for a solid smooth finish floor.
Full 2’ O.C. wall and roof framing for structural integrity and ease of finishing the interior at a later date without the need for additional work to accommodate.
Two tone walls for added curb appeal and inviting look.
Roof cupola with weather vein as a functional wind detector and an added element for aesthetics.
Full v***r barrier and insulation package so you can adjust the inside to suit your needs in any season.
Fully insulated garage doors and industrial super quiet garage door openers.

Between my yearly vacation and having a rough winter we haven’t shared much for a while. Don’t let that fool you into thinking we’re not busy. Things are really picking up with the weather changing for the better.
Here’s a recent bathroom remodel we’ve just completed. Complete demo and redesign to give this awesome customer more functionality and better efficiency. We were able to meet all the customers dreams and expectations for this crisp clean renovation and bring all her selections together.
It was a pleasure working together with Dottie to make this dream a reality.
