Award number four of six! 🎉

We are honored to share that received the award for Best Entertainment Space at the 2026 HBA Awards.

While this category often celebrates spaces designed for large gatherings, this project takes a different approach. The vision was to create a retreat—a place where a small group could disconnect, recharge, and feel immersed in nature without sacrificing comfort.

One of the most striking features of the space is its expansive glass walls, intentionally designed to blur the line between indoors and out. Surrounded by the woods and framed by incredible views, the cabin allows its owner to feel connected to the landscape from every angle. A floating bed, staircase, thoughtfully placed sitting areas, and layers of warm natural materials work together to create an experience that feels both elevated and peaceful.

Every detail was designed to encourage slowing down and taking in the surroundings. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, reading by the window, or spending a weekend away from the noise of everyday life, this cabin was built to be a true escape.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us with their vision and honored to see recognized among so many exceptional projects across Northeast Ohio.

We are so excited to share that project was awarded Best Bathroom Renovation at this year’s Northeast Ohio Awards of Excellence!

This marks the second award this project brought home this year, making the recognition even more meaningful for our team. continues to be such a special project to us, and we are incredibly honored to see it celebrated in multiple categories.

This space was designed to feel like a true retreat — timeless, calming, and deeply connected to the rest of the home. From the layered natural materials to the thoughtful layout and custom details, every element was intentionally selected to create a bathroom that feels both elevated and livable. We wanted the space to bring a sense of warmth, quiet luxury, and functionality to our clients’ everyday routines.

What makes recognition like this especially meaningful is the collaboration and trust that happens throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful to our clients for allowing us to bring their vision to life and honored to see recognized among so many talented projects across Northeast Ohio.

We are incredibly honored to share that our own S.Flynn Office was awarded Sales Environment of the Year at this year’s Northeast Ohio Awards of Excellence!

Designing a space for ourselves brought a unique level of intention to the process. We wanted our office to reflect who we are as a team — warm, welcoming, creative, and deeply rooted in the client experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create an environment that not only functions beautifully for our team, but also allows clients to immediately feel the heart behind what we do.

This space has become so much more than an office to us. It is a place where ideas come to life, relationships are built, and collaboration happens every day. To see recognized among so many incredible projects across Northeast Ohio is truly special and something we are deeply grateful for.

Now let’s talk about the interior of project 🤎🏡

Inside, the home carries the same strong masculine influence seen throughout the exterior, layered with rich textures, warm wood tones, and high-contrast details. In the kitchen, we embraced a color-drenched deep taupe palette to create a grounded, cohesive feel that instantly draws you in. Natural mid-tone oak paired with deeper chocolate cabinetry brings warmth and contrast, while highlighted wood grain adds depth and texture throughout the space.

The design reflects the homeowner’s love for rugged, timeless elements with subtle nods to motorcycle-inspired detailing — polished nickel hardware pops against the darker cabinetry, adding just the right amount of shine. A honed Cambria countertop with a chiseled edge gives the look of soapstone while offering durability for everyday living.

Some of our favorite moments in the home include the slab wood waterfall island, the mercury glass backsplash in the beverage area, and the oak countertop tucked into the pantry — details that make the home feel both elevated and deeply personal. ✨

A few weeks ago we opened the doors to celebrate project alongside our team, clients, friends, family, and subcontractors.

We’ve been so excited to share more about !

What started as a simple space plan quickly evolved into something much more thoughtful and functional. With a strategic redesign, we were able to maximize every square foot—adding a garage, pantry, mudroom, and laundry room to this once modest footprint.

The exterior transformation speaks for itself. The addition of a garage and wraparound porch brings a whole new level of curb appeal, while the selected color palette creates a seamless flow from the outside in—carried beautifully throughout the interior.
