You don’t need previous estimating experience. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, accurate, comfortable with numbers and data, and interested in learning how major construction projects go from plans and pricing to dirt moving in the field.

You’ll work alongside our estimating and project teams analyzing costs, preparing bids, tracking project information, and learning the business from the ground up.

The Feedlot-Grade Alley starts double, transitions to single, then uses sheeted sides as cattle move forward towards the chute.

Why? The sheeting helps keep legs inside the alley, narrows the animal's field of vision, and limits outside distractions so cattle can keep moving forward calmly.
