Today, we joined Nashville MDHA to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Park Point East, just days after the 85th anniversary of the opening of the original Cayce Place.
Park Point East includes 203 homes, with more than half reserved for original Cayce Place residents and the remaining 88 affordable to households earning up to 60% of the area’s median income.
A defining feature of the design is an exposed steel pedestrian and unit bridge connecting the renovated Community Services office to a townhome-lined walkway leading to the future linear park. Together, these connections create a welcoming corridor for everyday use and community events while linking past and future phases of the neighborhood.
We’re proud to celebrate another milestone for the Cayce Transformation and see Park Point East begin welcoming residents home.
