After along week of frustration and down moments, the plumbing is done. All started when I started rough-in plumbing for the new bathrooms. After cutting into the cast and being sprayed with sewer, I realized something is wrong. NOTE!! I was super mad. After looking into and running a jet head down the line, the out come was the same. Water was not draining like it should. The cast had build up in and was slope the wrong way. The sad outcome was to replace it all. But now that's over we can move to the next step sheetrock. The weekend is here i can finally relax and prepare myself for next week task. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Afternoon!!
Want to save some money? You have them post on the front of your home, rotten on the bottom. Easy fix. No need to buy new post. Cut the bottom 1" off and set a new post base. Then pack it out and make trim to cover over the ugly post base. Note this only works if the post is no more than a 1" of rot on the bottom. But anyway, got to get back to work. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good evening friends!
I hope everyone enjoys there weekend. On a double bathroom renovation. Love when you pull up old plywood and you just find more rot or what i call a cover up. Redoing alot of things, like new lights, all new plumbing and moving, new rock flooring and list goes on.

Well I wasn't going to buy a truck, but I couldn't pass on this one. My new and hopefully last truck i buy in my career. Poor old dodge wasn't cutting. Yes it had it's purpose and it was a good truck. I just need something bigger. Just wanted to share.
P.s. I'm really excited to have this one.

Third phase is done. New metal roof, new window ac unit, also has a new 100 amp box with new breaker. Old was not safe. It was arcing across the neutral bar. Also white vinyl soffit. Off to the next project. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Third phase of project. It's been a rough start. When cutting the over hangs off I almost fell though the roof. Why you ask, who ever built it didn't finish the roof, just cover it up with the soffit. With all the rain last week really didn't get much done. I figured when the rain was over the heat would come. But anyway that is life. Starting to make head way now. Will post finish. Hope everyone stays cool this week.
