Prepping the barn for a power wash. It ain’t much, but it’s honest work 😂

I can’t wait to get these quail out of that dang hutch! I’m having a chicken tractor delivered tomorrow so once I get it placed and skirted with hardware cloth, they’re being relocated to grass for the first time and they’re going to LOOOOVE it 🥰 I’d love to see your quail runs and what you put in there for them! I want to do some live plants for sure. what bedding do you use? Pine pellets? pine shavings? I don’t think I can afford to do sand just yet we’ve had an expensive year😅

I’m so excited I love how they look in sunlight! I’ll be getting 12 more laying hens/pullets from a friend within the week as well, so I’ll be able to keep up on egg orders a bit better hopefully 🥰💓
