This a a proposed second story addition to a simple cape to provide 4 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor which is currently just 1 room. Simple, clean and economical allowed these owners to stay in their home and on the street they love instead of relocating.

The permit has been issued by the Town pf Hempstead and construction set to commence very shortly.

Its hard to imagine but 9 years ago we were hired to renovate this ranch in the Mott section and turn it into a colonial. The clients ultimately made the decision to take advantage of the real estate boom in 2021 and sell the home before starting construction but we still wish this project would have been realized. These renderings help our clients understand what their home will look like.

These clients love their home, their block, their neighbors and their neighborhood. But, the house is simply to small for their family now. This proposed addition will allow them to stay in the place they love while maintaining the charm their current residence has. Permits were approved in just under 3 weeks and construction is to commence very soon!

Additions and Alterations

Originally built in 1933, this residence was in terrible condition and most people would have torn it down to build a new home. We proposed renovating the entire residnece and adding some extensions to fit the family's needs, modernize the home and update every finish and system while maintaining the charm of the original structure resulted in what stands today. What was the worst home on the block is now one the nicest

2nd story addition and complete home renovation.

This oversized cape had small rooms and layout that simply didnt work for a growing family. Instead of selling and moving, we transformed it to a modern colonial they can retire in and the kids can always come home to!

Addition and alteration

These clients simply outgrew the ranch they lived in for many years. Instead of selling and buying a new home, we added a full second floor and renovated the first floor inside and outside to turn this tired old ranch into a fresh colonial.
