A roundup of images from demolition over in Wi******er. This exciting project will unfold over the next several weeks and our scope includes pool coping, masonry, irrigation, planting, and lighting. A beautiful landscape designed by Scott Pancake of Outlook Origin, to complement a beautiful historical brick home.

Also on site is a pool, completely restored by Environmental Pools as well as the exceptional design and craftsmanship of Carpenter & MacNeille.

Hard to believe that last year this was all dirt. The lawn and plantings have taken root beautifully. The gardens are taking off and the dining area looks lush. The fieldstone retaining wall looks like it was born here. You could even smell the sea in the air. Can’t wait to keep an eye on this one as the years go by!

Viking Landscape had the privilege of working on a three-acre intentional adult community in Tewksbury, MA. The project is a vision of Melmark New England, an organization committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Working closely with Ryan over at Vantage Builders, our team planted 100s of trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials across the site, laid a beautiful natural walkway and installed an expansive irrigation system throughout the property.

Deeply immersive in its design, this community will soon become home to 20+ residents. Well done, Melmark 👏
