🚧PROJECT UPDATE🚧
This week the construction team began on the 211 Main Street, historic lumber mill ➡️ modern office space project. Stay tuned for our upcoming post all about , but in short, it's a more energy efficient way of heating and cooling by transferring the outside air underground where it will be in contact with water which will then heat or cool the air before entering the building.

We employ this technique in many of the houses we build, it's just one of the ways in which we try to reduce carbon emissions.

This week we take a look into one of commercial projects our boards, The African Heritage Food Cooperative full service grocery store and community center. Building the new flagship location will be an economic engine for the community, hiring 60 individuals, and provide healthy food options within walking distance for residents of Buffalo's Fruit Belt neighborhood. Groundbreaking is set to begin this Spring in order to hopefully open by Fall 2023!

This week we bring you the Sheffer Farms project from our boards! These modern, spacious townhouses will be the perfect home to raise a family in.
