We don’t cut corners out here, fully excavated and made sure to get a good base for proper structural of the concrete slab 8 yards of class5, fiberglass rebar and thicken edge. We used , and of course &L Crete Construction LLC for the beautiful Stamp concrete Patio.

‼️Let’s solve your water issue’s‼️

Due to the natural slope of the land, water was collecting around the window well area beside the house. To resolve the drainage issue and prevent water buildup, a French drain was installed along the lowest point next to the house to direct water safely away from the window well.

Big transformation completed, We cleared 5 trees, removed overgrown bushes and weeds, leveled the backyard and side yard, planted fruit trees and pollinator-friendly bushes, and seeded the lawn with eco-friendly micro clover. A cleaner, greener, low-maintenance outdoor space built to thrive for years to come!

We were called in to correct and redo previous drywall work that wasn’t up to standard. Instead of cutting corners, we took the time to properly retape/mud all joints level 5 finish on walls and ceiling.
