🌲 A Little Different Than Our Typical Tree Job! 🌲

This week we had the opportunity to help a local family create a safer and easier way to enjoy the outdoors.

To access the nearby walking trails, they had been traveling along a busy road with their children and dog. We came in, installed a gate in their fence, and cleared brush and saplings to blaze a trail that now provides direct access to the walking trails right from their backyard.

Seeing how excited they were about their new access made this project especially rewarding for us. We're incredibly grateful they trusted our small family business with their vision, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

🌳 Happy Trees, Happy Homeowners!

Last week we carefully pruned a beautiful ornamental tree away from the home and raised the canopies of five large pine trees that had developed long, low-hanging branches.

By increasing clearance from the house and restoring sunlight to the yard below, we were able to:

🌲Open up the property
🌲Improve usable space
🌲Encourage healthier growth for the plants beneath the pines.

Most importantly, our clients were beyond happy with the results—and that means the world to our small family business. ❤️

First test with our new Meta glasses! 👓🌳

We've filmed tree work before, but never quite like this. These glasses let us share the view from the treetops exactly as Joe sees it.

🐿️❤️ Feeling incredibly grateful today.

A recent client learned about Woody and surprised us by 3D printing several little squirrels for us—including one that Joe plans to use as a hood ornament on the bucket truck!

It's hard to put into words how much thoughtful gestures like this mean to our family. Running a small business has introduced us to some truly amazing people, and we're constantly humbled by the kindness and support we receive from this community.

A little before & after from a recent pruning project! 🌳

This ornamental tree had grown into the utility lines and over the home. Our goal was to improve clearance, remove deadwood, enhance canopy structure, and promote the long-term health of the tree while preserving its natural beauty.

The before photo was taken during peak bloom, and the pruning was completed after flowering had finished. For many ornamental flowering trees, pruning after bloom allows homeowners to enjoy the seasonal display while helping preserve future flowering and improve the overall health and structure of the tree.

Proper pruning is about more than just cutting branches—it's about making thoughtful decisions that help keep trees healthy, safe, and beautiful for years to come.
