End of day two, what do you do when the previous builder did not install any House wrap or Waterproofing or flashing. Well, you tear it off and do it right.

Our first day on site at this project was mostly dedicated to demolition.
The client sought our expertise to amend and modernize their existing outdoor space. Our initial plan required minor alterations following the liberation of the deck from its old railings and decking that have now been meticulously removed. We are poised for planning revisions tomorrow to ensure we align with the client's vision. Although it's the end of day one, we remain excited about the transformation that awaits this deck.

This turned out very slick. We built out the bottom of these fully composite 6x6 post with Trex and PVC. We added a blackout screen to the framing to completely hide the framing below. Our decks are built right the first time!

Almost finished with this deck remodel. We are building out these post base with the black PVC and Trex Havana Gold. We are going to add a drink rail on the balcony and a skirting on the main deck on Monday.
