This one means a lot to us.

Eighteen years ago, Custom Built rented the space next door to Heat ’N Sweep. Over the years, it became clear just how much our two companies share: many of the same clients, a high standard for the work we deliver, follow-through our clients can count on, and a bigger mission: impacting families and making living better.

Today, we’re honored to share that Michael Flory and the Custom Built family are the new owners of Heat ’N Sweep.

Heat ’N Sweep will remain its own business, with the same incredible team and the legacy our community has known for almost 50 years.

WE’RE HIRING!

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for two Project Development Advisors to join Custom Built.

One position will focus on general remodeling, and the other will have a roofing focus.

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who genuinely loves people and homes. Someone who listens well, builds trust, sees the potential in a space, and can confidently guide homeowners through the remodeling experience.

No construction or design background is required. What matters is a heart for people, a passion for the home, and the drive to build meaningful relationships.

We were so delighted to be part of this transformation, complete with a warm wood vanity, solid surface shower, built-in corner shelves, and grab bars for added comfort and functionality.

It was such a joy to help create a space she had been dreaming about for years.

This bathroom started with cool grays and blues, while the rest of the home leaned warm and inviting. Through 3D renderings and hands on selections, we explored different colors and finishes before landing on this beautiful green shower tile paired with warm brown tones.

Spouses, kids, parents: the people who cheer us on, put up with the long days, and are part of the Custom Built story whether they realize it or not.

Getting everyone together for a night of baseball, good food, and a whole lot of fun was pretty special.
