Lower Level Remodel! Tore out and finished this space for a more cozy feel. The exterior walls has some water issues that needed fixed. Got rid of the double doors to the room and just did a single door. Birch cabinets and custom woodworking. Painting, drywall mud work, and staining done by Nola Paint Girl.
The versailles tile pattern was a blast to install. Felt like a massive puzzle on the floor. Bookcases, shelves, and bench are all custom made pieces to fit the space. Cabinets done by Fox Custom Cabinets. Countertops by Martin's Countertops.

Out with the old and in with the new! A few fixes along the way to make the walls plumb and flat. Swapped out as much of the brittle cpvc plumbing with copper. If you looked at the cpvc funny, it cracked and sprung a leak. 2ft x 4ft wall tiles. The walls were terribly out of plumb, and the opening for the tub was an inch oversized. A little bit framing fixes and used a different metal edge for the exposed edges of the tile to help hide the imperfections of the house. A shower door was installed for the tub surround. Great uses of color for this space!

Marble backsplash from a little time ago. Tiny tile are tedious but fun. A few tiles and sheets of tile got rejected due to not matching the rest of the tile being installed. Wrapping the window took time but looks great! Setting tile with tiny wedges is always a fun challenge. The clients were very excited about how the new backsplash changed the look of their space!

From a boring laundry room, to one that makes chores a little better! Now a fun, useable space. It was a blast transforming this space and playing with all the colors and tile.

Finished up this project earlier this month. Couple of fun bathroom remodels. Group effort with the design for the both. Companies used are Kate-lo tile, Fox Cabinets, Rainbow glass, Countertops by Design, and Build.com. Some before, during and after pictures. Took lots of pictures of these.

Master bathroom remodel and kitchen countertop and backsplash upgrade. Threw in some pictures of during the process, even an oops. Curbless shower system. Tile from kate lo, rta cabinets, martins countertops, and a color changing exhaust fan with a bluetooth speaker. Sadly still waiting on the barn door for the closet. What a fun puzzle this one was.
