🔨 WORK IN PROGRESS | Basement Remodel 🏠✨

This basement is officially in the stage where everything starts coming together!

With the drywall complete, we’re moving into the finish details that really begin to transform the space. Cabinet installation is underway, trim work is being installed, and you can finally see the vision taking shape. 🙌

There’s still work to be done, but this is one of our favorite phases of a remodel — when all of the planning, framing, rough-ins, and behind-the-walls work starts turning into a finished space our homeowners can truly enjoy.

🔨 BEHIND THE SCENES | BATHROOM REMODEL 🛁

The finished bathroom may be what everyone sees, but the quality of a remodel starts with everything happening behind the walls.

This project is moving right along with framing complete and the electrical and plumbing rough-ins in place. We’ve also incorporated two types of insulation.

At this stage, it’s all about making sure the details are right before the walls are closed up. Proper framing, carefully planned plumbing and electrical, and the right insulation all create the foundation for a bathroom that not only looks beautiful when it’s finished, but functions the way it should for years to come.

Next up, we’ll continue moving through the behind-the-walls work as this bathroom gets one step closer to the finished vision. 🛠️✨

🏠 Weekly Progress Update | Basement Remodel 🔨✨

This basement is really starting to feel like a finished living space! With the flooring installed and fresh paint on the walls and ceilings, all of the planning and behind-the-scenes work is coming together beautifully.

At this stage, we’re shifting our focus from the larger construction phases to the details that complete the space. Lighting installation is underway, with trim, doors, and other finishing touches coming up next.

There’s still work to be done, but this is one of our favorite stages of a remodel—when the vision on paper starts looking and feeling like home.

We’re getting ready to kick off our next remodeling project, and we can’t wait to take you along for the transformation!

Right now, you’re looking at the before — but not for long. Over the next several weeks, we’ll be sharing the progress from demolition and behind-the-scenes construction all the way through the finishing details and final reveal.

There’s a lot of work that happens between “before” and “after,” and that’s where the real transformation takes place. 🛠️

🏠 Weekly Progress Update 🔨

This basement remodel is really starting to take shape. With the framing and rough mechanical work behind us, drywall is now going up and giving the space a much more finished feel.

This week, we’ve made great progress:

✔️ Drywall installation is nearing completion — Walls and ceilings are being enclosed, defining the new layout and bringing all of the framing work together.

✔️ Ceiling and soffit details are taking shape — The newly framed areas are now covered, creating the clean lines and transitions that will be part of the finished design.

✔️ Next up: drywall finishing — After the boards are installed, we move into taping, mudding, sanding, and preparing the surfaces for primer and paint.

A lot of the most important work in a remodel happens before the finished materials ever go in. Each phase builds on the last, and taking the time to get these details right is what leads to a clean, high-quality finished space.

Great progress this week, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next phase come together! 🛠️🏠

🏗️ WEEKLY PROGRESS UPDATE | Building for What’s Next

Another productive week on site, and you can really start to see this space taking shape!

This week, our team focused on the behind-the-scenes details that will set the stage for the finished space:

🔨 Insulated the ceiling
🔨 Framed the pool table cabinet soffit
🔥 Started framing the fireplace soffit & ceiling
🔩 Installed ceiling channel in preparation for the next phase

These may not be the flashy finishing touches just yet, but this is the work that makes the finished product possible. Every soffit, channel, and framing detail is carefully planned to bring the overall design together.

We’re making solid progress and getting one step closer to seeing the vision come to life. Stay tuned — there’s plenty more to come!
