Some days at work are a little more special than others.

My oldest daughter got to spend some time with us today and decided the guys needed an extra set of hands on the fence crew. 😂🔨

Building Plummer’s Contracting has always been about more than just the work. Getting to have moments like this and letting my kids grow up around what we’re building makes all the long days worth it.

She may only be 5, but apparently we’ve already got the next generation in training!
