We wanted to show you how this house was shaping up, but can’t deny this on site music is super catchy😆

A happy work crew matters to a job well done.

Ramen is life🍜

Though they typically aren’t there for the design process, the kids definitely have their opinions. It was interesting to see what items & spaces they gravitated toward.

And let’s not overlook even the seemingly small joys, like a brand new larger microwave or nifty pro ice machine🧊

After you design & build so many houses, it’s a refreshing reminder that each fixture or finish actually does matter when it comes to gifting that feeling of Home☺️

Cue the Rooster🐓

We got chickens, goats, birds, & planes - oh my!
Nothing like a little background noise to spice up exterior views.

Okay so we’re in Ohio, but the vast array of job sites keeps things interesting. We could be in the woods, by a lake, out in the country, rolling hills.
Each new build setting comes with its challenges - or in this case, its amusements😂

Who knew you could have so many things to stow away when entering a new house?
All the new keys, new remotes, new manuals, extra pieces & parts.

And whoever is working on your house starts the pile.
All safely lumped into a cabinet drawer🤪

Building for the whole family😁

The kids did great giving the upstairs tour!
We don’t often get to see how the new build impacts the children. But it’s a brand new base for them too.

Fresh spaces to explore, decorate, play or relax in.
They have their ideas & plans already for the new digs.
Let’s just see how long these bedrooms stay this spotless😅
