Chimney crowns: almost no one ever sees them and very few really repair them well AND economically! Ask yourself do you really want two or three traipsing around on your roof for two different days fashioning a concrete form and then carrying those heavy buckets of concrete over your shingles and no matter what having to rinse off a whole lot of concrete that ends up on your roof as they're pouring that crown or one guy (ME) pressure washing the chimney ,checking your flashing and repairing if needed, allow the chimney to dry and then it seal with a breathable water repellent and then putting a stainless steel Chase cover and rain cap on top that's going to last forever? I did it for a third of the cost of the guys that wanted to do the concrete who were absolutely GOUGING the customer with their pricing!
