PSA: this is the Asian jumping worm, it is invasive and needs to be removed/trashed from your garden if found โผ๏ธ key characteristics are: white collar, very long, near the surface of soil, an iridescence to their body, and they thrash when moving.
Their thrashing is what will give them away every time. They are destroying the top soil of your garden and the forest floor and must be stopped. Not all worms are good! ๐ชฑโ๐ฅ
