This home was getting ready for its new owners, and we refreshed two bedrooms from top to bottom—ceilings, walls, trim, doors, and closets. Every project starts with careful prep: patching, sanding, caulking, protecting floors, and priming where needed.

The finished result is a clean, bright space that's ready for its next chapter.

A good portion of this week was spent helping prepare this Mount Airy home for its new owners before move-in.

The project started with two bedrooms that needed a complete refresh. After patching, sanding, caulking, priming, and a lot of prep work, the walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets were all repainted. The transformation wasn't just about changing colors—it was about handing over clean, finished spaces that are ready to become someone else's home.

Other punch list items that we did were correcting the mounts for the floating shelves in the kitchen, trimming bathroom cabinet doors to fit, and installing a new dryer vent kit.

Projects like this are a reminder that most of the work happens before the paint ever comes out.
