STRAWBERRY SUGAR COOKIES:

1 box Wild Rye Sugar Cookie Mix
1 egg
1 stick butter melted
1 tablespoon milk
1 ounce bag freeze dried strawberries, crushed

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients together until cookie dough comes together.
2. Scoop cookies and chill for 2 hours or more.
3. Bake at 325F for about 12 minutes.
4. Cool completely and glaze by gently dipping tops of cookies into the lemon glaze.

Here’s our favorite way to make cream cheese frosting:

1 box Wild Rye Vanilla Frosting Mix
2 sticks butter, softened
1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice

A little tangy, very fluffy, and excellent on nearly everything.
