A Heartfelt Thank You From AAA Landscape

The outpouring of love, prayers, and support following the tragic accident involving three of our employees has been overwhelming. Thousands have reached out to express their condolences and ask how they can help the families affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

As we mourn the loss of one of our valued employees and pray for the recovery of our two injured team members, AAA Landscape remains committed to providing ongoing support and assistance to these employees and their families throughout the difficult road ahead.

In response to the many generous offers of financial assistance, our Human Resources Department is helping the families establish individual GoFundMe accounts. Once finalized, we will share the official links for those who have expressed a desire to contribute.

Our commitment to these families extends far beyond today, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered their prayers, compassion, and support.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing alongside our employees and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

Yesterday, members of our Tucson team gathered at the site of Monday’s accident to pray together, pay their respects, and support one another.

Several members of the crew had expressed that they wanted to put something at the site, so the account manager made a cross and brought the team together to say their prayers.

Isaac was a huge part of this team and will be missed very much by those who worked alongside him.

Our two injured teammates remain hospitalized with a long road ahead. We continue to keep them, Isaac’s family, and all of the families affected by this tragedy close in our thoughts and prayers.

It was a meaningful moment for our Tucson team during an incredibly difficult week.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this tragic accident, including all those who have lost loved ones or are facing injuries. Our original message was intended to inform and support our AAA Landscape family as we grieve the loss of one of our employees and pray for the recovery of two others.

We recognize that this tragedy extends beyond our organization, and our thoughts and prayers are with every family impacted. Out of respect for all involved, we will continue to honor their privacy during this incredibly difficult time.

Dear AAA Team,

It is with a very heavy heart that I share some devastating news with our AAA family.

This morning, one of our crews in Tucson was traveling to their job site when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction lost control and collided with our vehicle. Tragically, we lost one of our employees, and two others were injured and are currently hospitalized.

There are no words that can adequately express the sorrow we feel. Our employees are more than just members of our team; they are part of our AAA family, and a tragedy like this affects every one of us.

Out of respect for our employees and their families, we will not release any additional details at this time. We will share more information as it becomes available and as appropriate.

For now, please keep our employees and their families in your thoughts and prayers. Please also keep our Tucson team in your hearts as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.

We are a family at AAA Landscape, and in moments like these, it is more important than ever that we come together, support one another, and care for those who need us most.

May God watch over our employees and their families during this heartbreaking time.

Following a recent hiring event in Southern Arizona, AAA Landscape welcomed six new field team members to our Tucson operation. Last week, the group completed onboarding and orientation together and got ready for the field.

A great example of being intentional about recruiting and creating opportunities for people ready to work, learn, and grow.
