When you’re lifting an entire camp, sometimes you have to get creative with how you get the job done! 💪

Today’s challenge? Installing Postech screw piles in some seriously tight spaces—with our excavator driving piles right through the porch window! 😅🔩

🏡💪 Day 1: The camp is officially lifted!

This is no small job! Our crew is working on a huge camp lift in Milton, and we’re kicking things off by carefully raising the structure and setting it on our heavy-duty steel I-beams.

With a project this size, proper planning, precision, and the right equipment are essential. 🔧🏗️

The camp is now sitting on the beams, setting the stage for the next phase of the foundation work.

🏗️ Testing today for a stronger foundation tomorrow! 🔩

We’re at the Carriage Shed in White River Junction, VT, installing test screw piles to evaluate the ground conditions for an upcoming carriage house project.

These test piles help determine how the soil will perform and what foundation requirements the project will need before construction begins.

The plan is to build the carriage house on Postech screw piles, and this testing is an important first step in making sure the foundation is right for the job. 💪

Every project starts with a solid plan—and sometimes that means testing the ground before breaking ground!

🏡🔩 Getting a head start on this deck project in St. Albans!

For this deck and landing replacement, we installed the new Postech screw pile footings before the existing landing was even torn off! 💪

By getting the new foundation in place first, the builder can move right into the next phase of construction with minimal downtime.

Less disruption, a smoother transition, and a solid foundation ready for the new build!
