Last week we shared the front of this finished Sea Girt project. Now it’s time to head out back.

Designed for summer living from morning coffee by the pool to nights around the fire pit, this backyard was built to feel like an extension of the home itself. Complete with a custom pool and spa, covered outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, fire pit lounge, pool house with bar seating, and layered landscaping for added privacy just steps from the beach.

Custom integrated bunks maximize every inch without sacrificing design. Lower beds are tucked in for a grounded feel, while the upper loft keeps things open and airy. The staircase does double duty, acting as both access and a strong architectural feature, tying into the natural wood accents throughout.

It’s not just bunk beds. It’s a fully considered layout that turns a shared room into something functional, elevated, and actually enjoyable to be in.

Outdoor dining season is coming in hot.

This setup just works. Covered patio so you’re not chasing shade, wide-open sliders connecting straight to the kitchen, and enough space to actually host without everyone being on top of each other.

Grill and bar seating on one side, a proper dining table in the middle, and a lounge with a fireplace to hang after. Pool right there, easy flow, nothing feels forced.

It’s basically a second living room for summer.
