🔥 FROM A BLANK WALL TO A CUSTOM SHOWPIECE! 🔥

This is what we love about remodeling — taking an empty space and completely transforming it.

Premier Construction LLC turned this plain living room wall into a custom entertainment feature complete with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace surround, linear electric fireplace, mounted TV, custom-stained wood mantel, trimmed transom window, and matching floating shelves.

From the framing and cement board to the final piece of stone and finish work, this project was built from scratch and customized to the space.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole-house remodel to completely change the look and feel of your home. 👊

Also, big shoutout to Gavyn Van Valkenburg on this one. This guy put in some long days with me getting this thing done and put a ton of effort into it. Definitely couldn’t make these projects happen without having someone willing to grind alongside me. Appreciate you, brother! 💪

It’s amazing what you can do with some plywood, trim, and a little creativity 🔥

We took a blank walk-in closet and transformed it into a completely custom-built storage space — built from scratch to fit the room.

Custom shelving, double hanging space, angled corner towers, built-in storage, crisp white trim, and black hardware brought the whole thing together.

No prefab closet system. Just plywood, trim, craftsmanship, and a vision. 👊

Another garage floor transformation completed by Premier Construction LLC 🔥

This garage received a complete professional coating system from the slab up:

Mechanically ground concrete slab → RockHard MVB true 2-part epoxy → Carbon full-broadcast flake → polyaspartic top coat.

Proper surface preparation is everything. We mechanically grind the concrete to create the proper profile before applying our coating system, giving you a durable, seamless finish built to last.

We completely transformed this outdated kitchen with an all-new design while working around the existing tile flooring that the homeowners wanted to keep.

This full kitchen renovation included all-new cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom cabinet layout and installation, new backsplash, updated recessed lighting, crown and finish trim, new appliances, paint, and a complete transformation of the outdated tray ceiling and lighting.

One of the challenges with any remodel is making the new design work with the existing elements that are staying. With the original tile floors remaining, we worked the new cabinets, countertops and finishes into the space to create a completely updated kitchen without unnecessarily replacing what the homeowners wanted to keep.

Proud to have completed this exterior transformation together with Blue Water Construction Co 🔨🏡

This home received a full exterior upgrade including brand new T1-11 siding, framing repairs, insulation replacement, proper window flashing, and a fresh coat of premium Sherwin-Williams paint.

When we removed the old siding, we discovered leaking windows and damaged framing behind the walls. Instead of covering problems up, we made sure everything was repaired the right way — replacing damaged jack studs, repairing framing, installing new insulation, and properly flashing all windows to help protect this home from future water intrusion.

The finished product completely changed the look of this house and, more importantly, gave the homeowners peace of mind knowing the structure underneath is solid and protected.
