This project was taken all the way down to the studs and rebuilt from the ground up to give our customer a clean, modern, and long-lasting bathroom they can enjoy for years to come.

Proud to have completed this exterior transformation together with Blue Water Construction Co 🔨🏡

This home received a full exterior upgrade including brand new T1-11 siding, framing repairs, insulation replacement, proper window flashing, and a fresh coat of premium Sherwin-Williams paint.

When we removed the old siding, we discovered leaking windows and damaged framing behind the walls. Instead of covering problems up, we made sure everything was repaired the right way — replacing damaged jack studs, repairing framing, installing new insulation, and properly flashing all windows to help protect this home from future water intrusion.

The finished product completely changed the look of this house and, more importantly, gave the homeowners peace of mind knowing the structure underneath is solid and protected.
