Senior Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance
R&S Property Services is hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager to support and grow customer relationships within our Landscape Maintenance Division.
This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts while working closely with production teams to ensure high-quality service, strong communication, and customer satisfaction throughout the season.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
* Conduct regular job site visits and customer walkthroughs
* Work closely with production teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
* Develop and propose enhancement and ancillary service opportunities
* Manage account budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
* Oversee renewals, contract updates, and customer documentation
* Coordinate seasonal turf applications and customer communication
* Support snow operations, logistics, and documentation during winter events
Qualifications
* 5+ years of landscape maintenance industry experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience managing commercial landscape accounts and field operations
* Knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance practices
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to identify property issues and provide proactive solutions
* Valid driver’s license
