We seriously do so many beautiful bathrooms. What other room do you spend time in every day?! This was new construction so no before pics. The final product is beautiful and the homeowners use and appreciate it every day after years of thinking about what they wanted. 😊

Tile & Remodeling Subcontractor (Full-Time, M–F)

Location: Princeton, Indiana and surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 40 hours/week

Pay: Hourly, based on experience, paid weekly

Job Overview

We’re seeking a dependable subcontractor to join our remodeling team. This position involves assisting with all phases of residential tile and renovation work — from tear-outs to finishing details. No experience required — we’ll train the right person!

Requirements

Must be able to lift 60+ pounds
Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
Must be willing to carry liability insurance
Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are essential
Desire to learn interior remodeling such as painting, trim work, construction, all finish work
Duties Include

Mixing mortar and grout
Carrying and cutting tile
Tear-out and clean-up work
Building or prepping walls and surfaces
Picking up and making material deliveries
What We Offer

Steady, full-time schedule
Hands-on training
Opportunity to learn with an established remodeling business
Job Type: Full-time

Check out this amazing transformation! This is a working kitchen, the homeowner cooks and cans a lot and we needed maximum function while making it amazingly inviting and beautiful. (AND include an awesome hidden pantry door. LOVE IT!) I think we can say Misson Accomplished! While we were there we also updated the floors in the house, painted and updated the Master Bath and shower. The whole place looks great! She added an awesome little closet transformation that I will include in a seperate post but you can see peaking through the kitchen door here! (Before pics at the end of the pics and honestly, it was a very pretty before)

This house. I think this is our biggest transformation ever (and one of my favorites because they gave me a lot of free rein!) an unfortunate water line burst flooded quite a bit of this families living area. The decision was made to move forward with a BIG remodel that I can’t capture on camera lol. Walls were removed, living spaces rearranged….this family of 6 NEEDED a big kitchen and they got it! Starting with 2 refrigerators and 2 pantries. I tried to put the befores and afters next to each other to try to give you some idea. Special thanks to Margaret at Lensing, Amanda at Greers, Tim with Lewis Heating and Air and Jordan with J. Koberstein Construction. It was a big one to tackle!

I have been wanting to post this kitchen for months! It’s such a good example of simple changes being huge. Homeowners were happy with the overall layout so not much changed, we took out the bulkheads, streamlined some cabinets, added better super susans in the corners….biggest change was taking out a bank of closet doors that housed the pantry and making them all pantry’s with rollouts and making the oven part of the kitchen. It’s amazing what a few tweaks can do and I know this family loves living with it! (Befores in the comments!)
